Fascinating video. I am in constant awe of those huge cranes...the forces that exist in those lift cylinders, and against the connecting pins, and the pull on the cables! Interesting how they don't back up to the trailer that supports the boom...they just pick it up and place it where they want. Cool!

Again, I can't imagine lifting those engines, let alone the cars. And of course, this all has to occur on an elevated track! I wonder how long the pre-ops meeting took, deciding where the cranes will be placed, how to coordinate movements, etc. Cost a lot of money, but sure was fun to watch.
