Grabbed a used one off ebay to go with my Sunoco tankers. Of course no instructions, seller was just an intermediary. Motor doesn't seem to react to AC, gotta go dig up a DC transformer from the shed to check it out.

Anyone know what these are SUPPOSED to run on? Or suggest a proper sized rectifier from Radio Shack so as to run it off of the AC transformers?

The Cornerstone Theatre ran on 5 volts DC.

Indeed, very cool. Perfect to fill all those Sunoco 2 dome tankers. A bit loud but on a O scale layout that's running would it even be npticed? A bit dirty and the fence needs some repair but very cool.
