Hello:

I have my Ecos hooked up to my network and It does open the Ecos page when I type in it's IP address on my computer
BUT when I click in the list on the bottom of the Ecos page to show the screen of the ecos on my computer I just get a black box that says ECOS on top etc but no screen view?
I have the latest JAVA installed and my Ecos is brand new and is version 4.2 ...
I tried using a VPN and making sure the Java was set up properly as well... but no luck?

Is there something else I need to do to get this to work...?

I saw several videos on youtube and followed them but it didn't work as theirs did as I followed all the steps...

Easy solved now!

I guess I was confused between a VPN browser and VNC VIEWER!!!

I was in another forum and a reply came back
I needed a VNC Viewer


Working perfectly now!
For anybody else who gets stuck like i did lol
VNC viewer was a FREE program too for home use
