Hi everyone. Hoping I can get some help from the folks here on the forum. I came across an old box in my home that has some old trains in it. Was curious where the best place to go and get them valued would be? Or can i do it on my own? I know there are a ton of people here who could maybe even give me an estimate as well. Any help is greatly appreciated! CHEERS!

What size/scale are they? Do you know?

Lots of people here can help. Just be prepared for the fact that the value will probably not be nearly as high as you hope. Model train stuff, with a few exceptions, doesn't get more valuable if it's old.

Judging by the tea kettle in the background, I'm going to say train-set quality O scale.

Others are better judges of that market than me, but I'd say $25-30 for the locos and a couple bucks each for the cars.

Thank you everyone! No huge expectations here but i would love to find these a place where someone will appreciate them. Selling some of my dad's old stuff is tough but we have a little one on the way and the money can always help! :) Thank you again everyone!
Depending on the shape and if thy run, the D&H Locomotive 8252&8253 anywhere from $50 to a $100?
Depending on who is buying too.

The other is a plastic battery operated train?
Disney World train set? I have no ideal.
Is that all you have?
