I just bought a Broadway Limited GE AC6000, UP #7500, Low Ditch Lt., Paragon2 Sound/DC/DCC. Can anyone tell me what the difference between this and a Broadway Limited BlueLine GE AC6000CW? This is my first diesel. It was an impulse buy and I'm thinking that I might have screwed up.

I know this is old but here is the actual answer.
Broadway Limited Blueline is DCC Ready with no motor control. Sound is from a DC Sound Board.
Broadway Limited Paragon2 is DCC Equipped with motor control and sound is from a DCC Sound Decoder.
You can send Blueline Diesels in to Train Service Depot and they will upgrade them to Paragon2.
