Someone asks this question about once a month. A little digging in the older threads would have answered your question.

I use trainworld, model train stuff, and when I can't find it anywhere else, Walthers. I've also had success on eBay.

For buying dcc boards, I use yankeedabbler.com quite a bit.
Their prices are good, and you can choose "by weight" shipping for $3.00.

I don't go for the least price but the best service. I use Pat's Trains for nearly everything, often calling in, rather than just ordered on line.

For track and roadbed I use warrenshobbies. Competitive pricing and fast service.

But ebay is at your doorstep, world biggest hobby shop. Just select toys and hobbies and tap in what you need. If it's HO gauge just tap in HO roadbed or whatever you want.
