This may be a crappy answer, but you should do searches for what you want and find the best price.

I use trainworld, model train stuff, and when I can't find it anywhere else, Walthers. I've also had success on eBay.

Their prices are good, and you can choose "by weight" shipping for $3.00.

For track and roadbed I use warrenshobbies. Competitive pricing and fast service.

But ebay is at your doorstep, world biggest hobby shop. Just select toys and hobbies and tap in what you need. If it's HO gauge just tap in HO roadbed or whatever you want.
