Has anyone made hand made turnouts using all wood ties with out the use of pcb ties. If so could you give me some info on how to do it.

They had mostly handmade wood ties and turnouts ... beautiful stuff. Maybe poke around their galler pics and video and see if you can spot any clues?

i think your best bet is still fast track with their pcb ties. frankly, wood or pcb difference is minimal - it is still painted over . FT turnouts look darn good. i guess you could also use wood ties in FT jig and glue rails to them (obviously not as robst of a solution)
