A little dirty is not a big deal at all. These are great cars and have been detailed to show some dirt. Besides the dust and all that can be just wiped away I think your low balling just a bit. If you are seriously looking let me know and but I think I will pas on your offer for now. I have a total of 22 of these that I am debating on selling all but not sure which way I would like to go with setup.
Anybody with a serious offer is welcome

The lowest I can go on these are $10 each and $50 for all plus shipping.

I am new to this forum and he started my experience off in a bad way. Happy to read the other comments.

Just for gc53dfgc I did clean off the dust so that they are not "dirty"

I feel that I have set a great price. I have another 10 that are just a bit different and one that is a little shorter of Union Pacific. I also have 6 more of the same size with the rear painted yellow to match some cars on top of that. So if there is someone out there that would like some of these for a real nice coal train setup let me know.

I would sell all 23 for $225 + shipping.

I am sorry kcjeepn. I didn't mean to affend you and the price i gave was a bit low i was going from what i had been able to buy and the prices i had paid for them at train shows and the prices i found off ebay for cars similar. i would buy them for your price if i had the money but all i personally could afford right now would be about 8 dollars per car. Again i'm not saying thats what there worht just what i can afford so no offense.

Your bad experience just got worse.:D

You sign up only to sell trains? No introduction? No mention of a layout?
Nothing just jump in and sell.

I would like to add that this is a forum not just a way to sell trains with no selling fees.
I think maybe a post count before even offering items for sale would be appropriate as this is A TRAIN FORUM.

You had a first bad experience you say?:(
I would do the same thing, GIVE YOU A LOW BALL FIGURE.
I will all ways try to steal a deal.
No need to apologize gc53 as you did nothing wrong.
And I know others here would too.

Maybe if we knew you a little we would not try to steal a deal.
( I would anyway):D
But hey... we know zip about you at all, as you came here and joined not to post anything about trains but to sell them.

Maybe a commission to the site on the sale of items would make it OK then.
And they have to be verified someway too. (paypal?)

It seems wrong to me to join a site just to sell and then not hear anything till they want to just sell again.
I could be wrong. I am not saying that's why you joined but it sure looks that way.

I have seen more then one join and sell, then you never see them again till they find something else to sell.

tworail what do you think a 5% commission on the sale for first time posters just looking to sell sound good?
B&M?

I am a member of many forums of different kinds. I look through many and many other posts through out. I am not one of those people that has to post something on everything.

If you have a problem with me selling items for a good price to people here then a simple thing to do for yourself would be to not buy anything from me.

We all try to find those great deals. I am looking at all of this rolling stock and such thinking that i am going to make people some good deals to clear them out. I have over 100 rolling stock plus everything else for ho.

I am a n scale person so i have decided to depart with the ho items.

Sorry big ed i mean no harm to sight and look to help others when i can.

No problem I just stated some of my thoughts about the subject.
Go ahead and sell away the trains.:D

Stick around if you look at the site you will see that N scale is here too.
Along with others.

Feel free to introduce yourself in the welcome thread.
Where I am from it is customary to introduce yourself before trying to sell the Brooklyn Bridge. :D

HELLO my name is Ed.

One more small thing.
If you sell weathered stuff, tell that in your description some might think that they are well used and dirty.:D

I am about maxed out on HO and they are all packed away for now.
So I am not buying any. Maybe some CNJ items would interest me. But
I am currently making an O layout and I have a small N layout that is getting bigger.

One day my HO will evolve into a layout again.:D

O scale is cool! I just don't have the room hence the N scale. I am getting ready to start a new N scale setup so I have been in that section a lot looking for ideas.
