Hey all.
I have done a bit of on line looking at TRAINWORLD and MODELTRAINSTUFF. I Have not been able to fine a RTR wood sided caboose. I have one that was manufactured by Walthers a while ago, but it seems like it is out of production. Would like NYC or PENN logo. Can anyone give me a suggestion or two? I do not want a kit. Thanks in advance for the help.

I believe he said he didn't want a kit.
Except for Centralia, I'm having a hard time finding RTR C-30's myself.
The Proto's are extinct.

Not RTR, but in the 1970's I built a couple of Roundhouse wooden caboose kits that went together easily enough.

The kits themselves are plastic, not wood, but look good once assembled.
I put them away for more than 40 years, then put them back into service when I got back into the hobby last year. Still doing fine.

The ones I built were painted, but not lettered. A look on ebay shows at least some to be still available.

I'm afraid that it may come down to a choice between a kit and not having the caboose you want. In production RTR models seem to be non-existent.
