I am a newbie and am wondering how to date United trains or any old trains for that matter . Any help would be great ! Thanks , Dan

"United" trains ??? As in "United Scale Models"? Don't know much about them ... made in Japan, I think. Not much on a quick 'net search. Sorry.

usually for finding the age of trains that are old is to search the model maker and the loco name and roadnumber tyco has there own webpage that shows all the tyco products ever produced. most other trains are fairly newer like from the 80's and 90's if i'm correct. don't know anything about United trains though.
