The preferred way to lay flex track is to
draw the 'center line' of your track plan
on the surface you will use. Cut your
foam or cork track bed to fit, and apply with
VERY LIGHT dabs of (IMHO) Elmer's white glue.

Then follow by bending the flex to match the
roadbed. It is good practice to avoid any joints
in a curve. If necessary 'offset' the rails at a joint
and solder the two sections, THEN BEND to your plan.
Use pins to hold the track in place til the glue sets and
again use VERY LIGHT dabs of Elmer's.

It is also suggested that you solder track power drops every
6 feet or so before laying the track.

The reason for the light use of adhesive is that you
will most likely want to make changes. That should
be easy by using a flat blade such as putty knife.
