Pretty good. I had no problems. I've only shopped with them for a limited number of items. The service was good, but there are cheaper places to get items.

Like DallasModelWorks.com. These guys are HOT!!!! I placed a rather good sized order on a Thursday before noon and the package arrived on Saturday.

Let me understand this, company does probably 10,000's of thousands of dealings a year. And only the irritated will post negative feedback. Proof? How many times have you left positive feedback on a company that treated you right and you were satisfied with? I'll bet I can count them on my fingers.

That being said, I think that the reviews are slanted(and old). I've dealt with IRR probably a half dozen times, no problems.
