just picked up the old AMT General model kit. Have done some poking around and there is a reference to a sister engine, but I would like to know if the General was just a standard 4-4-0 or modified in some way.

I'd like to build her as a beaten up workhorse engine in the West, a nice coat of charcoal grey, etc...

Anyone know what scale this kit is?

It's 1:25 scale, quite a hard to find kit.
