Is there a book you recommend?

I was wondering if there is a book that covers everything? Well a little of everything I know there is to much for 1 book. I seen a couple of books for around $40 "Model Train Help" is one. Is it good one? I want some wiring,layouts,scenery,tips,how too you know where i'm going. Any ideas???

Just visit the Maufacturer's sites. Bachmann, Atlas, etc. They all have extensive DCC information. It's all there.
I have done a little programming in the past. It depends on what you want to know. A general book is a general book. If you need specific information then you have to start searching through them to find what you want. My theory as applied to computer books was the thicker the better.:)
