I watched an interesting show on Netflix last night. Not a great show, but I suspect it would be interesting to most people here. The show title is Hitler’s Steel Beast and it’s about his special train. It goes into detail about each car on the train, the facilities built for it and the BR52 class locomotive (also called Kriegslok or war locomotive). There were over 6000 of the BR52 locomotives made in Germany and the occupied countries. They were double headed for redundancy when pulling the special train.
