Im new to the hobby and live in Michigan near Detroit....does anyone know a place that offers prefabricated layouts? I want to start out with just a bridge a few curves and a tunnel

I don’t know of any prefabbed layouts, but there are outfits that do custom built layouts. I paged through recent issues of Classic Toy Trains and O Gauge Railroading and came up with theses:
