It would really help if you would be more specific about the problems with the locomotive, even if it is just pictures. Some of us can handle minor flaws, some can handle major ones but few would risk a bid on the great unknown.

Looks like he ships to GB(eBay.uk) only according to his listing. We won't have to worry about it on this side of the pond. I had thought about bidding until I saw that.
