Try this Lionel Link. The higher end LC2+ sets do not come with a transformer or track. And the marking material implies the Lionel's universal BT remote would also be extra. Or you can control the trains with the Lionel App on your phone.

From what I have seen, Lionchief does come in sets, but (other than the one that Mike linked) Lionchief plus and Lionchief plus 2.0 generally do not come in sets. You need to buy the engine and rolling stock separately. Take a look at the catalogs. Lionel Trains: Online Catalog (lionelstore.com)

 

I take it no one clicked on my link ... try this Lionel Link. Use the search function with "Lionchief Plus 2.0". Then change the sort from "Relevance" to "Price High-to-Low".

 

I know of no Lionchief Plus locos (I am a huge fan of these) that come in complete RTR sets, just Lionechief locos (which I'm not a fan of), but it is not hard to make your own set by buying all the different items you need (and its lots of fun to shop that way, too!!).

With the LionChief plus you buy everything separate you need. What would you need to power up the track. A transformer or something else. Meaning what do you need if you don’t have it. Thank.

Answered that in this Post. The track is a mix of Lionel and Marx 0-27. I added the extra's ties to the the standard 3-tie tubular configuration.
