I searched and not too many posts of this.

So I bought one from ebay. Track is removed and would like some guidance.

I looked at the unit and the controller is permanently attached but one stray wire.

well at least these 2 are labeled... i tried laying track on it. no clue how it connects...

Somehow you show a UCS track. You do not need it
Ordinary three rail track will work because the contacts are there and pop up through the track .

so they dont latch on.. they sit there. gotcha.

I have done google images before but now I understand you. There are a few variations with different track. It was your pictures that helped me to find it.

I did find this diagram again a really good one.

ok so i have to find the track clamp down clips online or figure a way to clampit down on my own.

also center nylon pins to separate track power from accessory power...
