Can anyone tell me what is the best way to lenghten the switch wire on a Fastrack remote switch. Mine is located too far from my point of control. Thanks
I read a manual. You need a four wire cable. I don't know if a Dealer would have cable extensions. All you have to do is determine the wire gauge. After that cut and splice or use a terminal board to join the cable ends. They can be found at Radio Shack. If you can't find a cable ,just go with four wires and use plastic ties to keep trhem together. They wire is around 18 or 20 gage, the wire should have the information on it.
Thanks very much for the information. I'll probably splice wire in. I thought there might be an extension available. I've enjoyed the Forum and the information it provides. Thanks
