Here's an article on gauge vs scale terminology. I think you mean O Scale by "standard": https://mrr.trains.com/how-to/get-started/2011/11/your-guide-to-scales-and-gauges

Also, in the O-Scale forum, there's a sticky on places for parts and supplies. Some that *may* carry some parts for your pre-war #33 are Justtrains.com and traindoctor.com

The Lionel #33 is Standard gauge?

I would think that Tinplate would be the place to post?
Not sure on that.

The track for the prewar #33 as shown in the video below looks to be larger than O-Scale gauge track.
