I'm using WOODLAD SCENICS Foam Tack Glue to fasten my styofoam to my plywood base and I used it to stick my cork roadbed to the foam. BUT can I use it to sitck my track to the cork?? Can't use nails as there is nothing solid to nail into will it work or what should I use?? Thanks

Hey Dagnarble,
You can still use track nails as your cork road bed will be enough to anchor your track( if you glue it its a bi--h to pull off your layout) Then you can add your ballast and that should be sufficient to keep the track from slipping around. I would advise using a solution to keep your ballast from flaking and rolling about. I've found 1 part dish soap to 2 parts water in a spray bottle as a wetting agent to soak the ballast,wipe your track(or cover it with strips of paper) Brite Boy it also, let dry and you are ready to roll. I'm sure the other guys can sound off on this but this is pretty basic....and it works!
