Can anyone tell me what may be wrong with a proto 0-scale mth Makes 3 air brake sounds when I power up then nothing Transformer and battery test good. thanks for all opinions

It almost sounds like your engine is "locked" in the neutral position... If you look in the manual it should tell you the code to enter with your horn and bell buttons to unlock the engine... If you do not have a manual I can look in mine or see if I can find the correct manual for yours online somewhere...

only noise the train makes is 3 air brake sounds nothing else reguardless of what I do -thanks engine is not running but lights come on
