Would y'all have any idea what I should start collecting. I am starting to collect tinplate Marx whistling stations, but do y'all have an ideas? Also, does anyone know how many variants of the Marx Girard station there are? Thanks!

If you plan to collect model trains, I'd advise you start by collecting $$$$! :laugh:

Seriously, get some good books and do your research. Sometimes the research is as much fun as the collecting. As far as how many station variants, if anything like Lionel, there's more one of a kinds than you can shake a stick at. Soo ya never know!!

Main thing is enjoy. The money is not there that used to be. Those days are long gone.:thumbsup:
