Norfolk Southern Fans or Lhoist North America

I am very close to this short line yet had never heard of it. According to the video the B23-7 high hood engine is 1 of only 4 in the world.

This mine operation and short line engines would make a great addition to any layout. I like the white and blue paint scheme of the Lhoist North America engines.

I am a huge fan of the SD40-2 diesel engines and always have been. Apparently the B23-7 high hood is the rarest of all GE locomotives again with only 4 in existence. I found this information/video interesting so I thought I would pass it on.

I hate to nitpick; but they must have meant that there were only four high short hood B23-7's left. All 54 of Southern's B23-7's had a high short hood. 4023 was the last one. It was a cool video. :)
