Let us start with a picture taken from your digital camera on your computer.
and you want to post it in your gallery. The forum needs small pictues to run fast. So your pictue needs to be reduced before upload. So go to programs/accessories/paint and open your photo. You want to reduce the pic to 600 pixels or less across. ( avatar is less than 80)Under tools use skew and change the 100's. depending on your size depends on the reduction. I reduce to 18 by 18. Experiment and use edit undo to try again. Even add text or draw colors. then 'save as' a jpeg.

Next upload to your gallery and follow directions. You may have to start your gallery first. I can't remember. In your gallery make sure you do not upload into someone elses gallery. You can block this from happening in your gallery options.Any comments?

In addition to T-Man's post, if you have a larger picture that you want to keep the quality of (so it does not look pixelated from shrinking the image) and want to post the image on the forum you can create a Photobucket account... After you upload an image from your computer to Photobucket there will be four links which appear under it... To post on this forum you want to select the IMG Code one; it automatically copies the code as soon as you click on it... Then just come to the forum and post it in the text box; it should look something like
...

Also, if you do not feel like going through the trouble of uploading to the gallery or to Photobucket, then you can upload photos from your computer directly to the post... Below the text box you type in there is an "Additional Options" section... From there click on the "Manage Attachments" button and go from there, although there are size limits when uploading via this method...

Good luck :)
