it says I am missing a security token? all of my security stuff is recent. please help.I hope this is not a dumb question!

what video you trying to post? you tube? avi?

the quality of the answer strongly depends on quality of question... i'm not sure what exactly you asking here...

after trying to load a video from my computer to this web site, this forum says i am missing a security token? the security i am referring to is NORTON? the video is not on youtube, just a jpeg from my computer and the size is 38.3 mb. i hope this explains my scenario better!

norton has 0 to do with anything here (it also has exactly that much purpose BTW)
you can not attach such large files to post. this site also doesn't offer video hosting.
open account on youtube, upload there, and link to it in your post.
and BTW - video can not be a JPEG, that's for static pictures/images.
