I am in need of (2)P2K E-7/8 powered chassis to complete a couple of projects. I also need a similar GP7/9 chassis, either Atlas or P2K. Got a few engines to trade that just don't fit my layout, (1) Athearn Genesis SD75M BNSF in Warbonnet scheme, (2)Spectrum CNW Dash8-40C's, all DC and not yet converted. I'm not looking to give these engines away, and will not tender ridiculous offers, if you know what I mean.

Gentlemen, still in need of (2)P2K E-unit chassis and a P2K or Atlas/Roco GP9 chassis here. Anyone have any of the powered chassis I'm looking for? The engines I have for trade have seen minimal, and I mean minimal, track time. A lap around the layout for testing and back in the box and on the shelf. Not even so much as weathering powers, or lubrication, applied.

I will also accept early Geeps, early SD's(SD7's, SD9's, SD18's and SD24's), F-units(F3's and F7's), and E-units(E6's, E7's and E8's) of the same quality as the engines I have for trade. I would also accept steam engines tagged NKP, Monon, Wabash, PRR, NYC, or C&O. Again of like quality as my engines.

My engines are great pullers and would be even better if one were to add traction tires to a couple of the drivers. They aren't bad as is, though. One could MU the two CNW engines for added power and great visual effect. The BNSF is needing some parts, though unfinished(the way I bought it) and I have ordered damaged parts sprues from Athearn(a front railing, a detail sprue, and some screws for the coupler boxes). These came damaged in the box with heavy branches and tons of flash. Impossible to remove some of the parts without damage. Hard to imagine them making it through QC, actually. The train would be shipped as the parts arrive, probably in the next week.

The story behind the Genesis BNSF is it was special ordered for a customer at an LHS. The customer backed out of the deal and the engine was placed on a shelf in the back room until the shop closed and I bought it. The box was still factory sealed when I bought it. I've owned the Spectrums(the CNW engines) since new.

All paperwork is with the engines, I believe.

Pics can be provided upon request. And responding pictures would also be nice and required.

I would be willing to sell these engines outright if the price were right. But, I'd rather get the items listed above in a trade.

No ridiculous offers will be considered and I won't even acknowledge them. I think most of you know what I mean. Don't waste your time, or mine, if you think these engines can be "stolen". Won't happen. I'm willing to give a deal, but how good it is is for you to decide. But, they won't be given away.

Those are the rules.
