I bought a lionel o gauge 4-4-2 #25 north pole central locomotive.
It has a fried 4360 electronic e unit so i bought a one from ebay and seller sent me a 610-0103-100 and was wondering if it would work? I want the engine running for my xmas train that my kid's can play with and have fun with it.

For the 4-4-2 #25 loco, the Lionel service parts list shows two different e units for that loco. But only the 610-0103-100 unit is currently available from Lionel. Perhaps a mid-life production change or an available, compatible, replacement part. See the bottom of the parts list.

Makes me think you good-to-go.

I did see that on lionel's website but wanted to double check here just to be safe then sorry and thank you for posting that.
