Something is wrong. You might have a reverse loop. When a train enters, the track polarity must be switched for the train to exit. Why are the insulators there? You need a double throw double switch toggle to correct. Without seeing I guess on the reason. Just due to lack of pertinent info. But you know the problem and I have told you how to fix it.

with wiring all per what the diagram says, what would cause a train to stop at 2 insulators ... ?
most probably the fact the wiring is not all 100% per what the diagram says.

Yam,as Tman already said you will need to put more effort to describe your issue. include schematics of your layout. how can you expect an answer without describing the issue first.

and an introduction would be nice as well. :)
