Is anybody using RR&CO for dispatching an NCE controlled layout?

The layout where I get to operate recently converted from Digitrax to NCE, and now have some weird problems during operating sessions (10 operators and one dispatcher).

Trying to find someone running a similar layout to see if you have encountered the same issues and, perhaps, resolved them.

Railroad & CO Interface issues

The problems we encountered (I got this from the dispatcher) were when one train passed another train on a passing siding. If the trains were going the same direction, there didn't seem to be a problem, However, if the passing train was going the opposite direction, sometimes the RR&CO software would get confused and switch the identities of the trains.

Thank you for the link to the Pacific Southern Railway. I checked their website, and it does not appear they use RR&CO software for their dispatching.

The PSR uses custom software to manage the railroad, track trains and automatically run trains. as trains occupy adjacent blocks, engine #s are copied from the block the train currently occupies, keeping track of direction as well as turnout position may be important when trains on sidings are leave the sidings.

sounds like RR&Co has a problem.
