So I saw in Micro Mark that they sell a rust paint that's water base and claims to give realistic effects. Wow where they right. It is called Model WASH for the rust effects. It made by vallerjo.

I decided idea to use an older 45' schneider due to my layout being a more modern time.

No surprise to me. Acrylicos Vallejo has been just about my only source of paint and related products for about 8 years now (ever since Rustoleum bought PollyScale / Floquil and nerfed the product).

The only product they make that I've been less than thrilled with are their dipping solutions, designed to be used in place of a black wash on a finished model or figure. I found it too dark, and had to thin it.

Scale Hobbyist (www.scalehobbyist.com) sells the full line of Acrylicos Vallejo products, and they have the lowest prices I've found (plus standard shipping gets to me in 2-3 days).
