What do you guys suggest for a mini camera to film a ride around the layout, something that has audio capability. Not looking for professional grade just something to show the grandkids the ride.

i have had good luck with the keyfob type camera ... you have to remove the sim card and put it in the computer to view it though ...

I use the 1080P Mobius Actioncam.

Sony AS20. Fits through tunnels, passing other trains and track side structures. It can shoot upside down or in the position shown. Audio is superb and video is high definition. No fish eye. It can be controlled using an ap on your smart phone which also allows you to see what the camera is looking at in real time.
