Can anyone tell me about these guys? I bought some rolling stock from them online about two weeks ago using Paypal. I haven't heard zip from them. They took my money and now I can't even get onto the account I setup on their website. What gives?

try to contact them. if fails contact paypal and dispute transaction. or better yet dispute with CC (hopefully you used that)

i never buy stuff from random online storefronts and i advise all to do the same. or at least do a research and know who yyou buying stuff from. there are lots of good merchants, why buy from those who not known to be good merchants?

if I am not mistaken, they are here in Phoenix. I ordered a track gauge from them in the store about 3 years ago... I didnt pay in advance, just ordered it... they said it would be about a week.. So a week came, I called...no not here yet...I called in a month..still not guage... not anything fancy, just a damn track gauge. So I kind of forgot about it..then they called like 8 months later and said it was there. I said..sorry, found one over at another store.

I have not been into trains for about 1.5 years and was thinking of going out there again but maybe I will skip that store now.

Ok, I finally got them to cancel the order and refund my money. Boy that was like pulling teeth. I just picked up a set of eight 1920's passenger cars for my UP 4-8-4, but I don't think they match up with the stripe on my loco. the cars look orange to me - not yellow. What do you think? Oh, well... I guess I'll just use them with my Big Boy.
