52 weeks in a year is an approximation. There are 365.25 days in a year (the time it takes for the Earth to complete one orbit around the sun.) So, every four years we add a day to make that year (leap year) 366 days.

It has something to do with leap year, a guy named Julien, another guy named calendar, the moon, the stars, and Princes-Summer-Fall-Winter-Spring. I think the Marx Brothers were involved too.

It works out to 52.142571 weeks in a year and a leap year has 52.2857142. But for some reason 2000 was not a leap year.

Actually 2000 was a leap year. Rule of thumb is no leap year every 100 years, but a leap year every century that is divisible by 400.

I know! And they thought we would be bored during lockdown. Of interest, if I water my lawn 2 days a week for 26.375 minutes my grass grows 7/16th of an inch every 3.5 days.

Oops, it's so easy to go political with that comment but I won't. Let's just keep it irrelevant.

Princes-Summer-Fall-Winter. Judy Tyler portrayed Princes-Summer-Fall-Winter on the Howdy Doody show during 1950-53?? when she was a teenager. She later starred with Elvis in Jailhouse Rock. Her and her new husband's careers/lives were cut short in an automobile accident in Wyoming. More info on link shown below.

Then there was the morning, when Don was in Cleveland, and he played Marty Robbins', El Paso for the ENTIRE show, non stop. He didn't't even bother with commercials, news or weather.

On his second stint in Cleveland, in 1970, he had a call-in line. I managed to get in, and he answered and asked my name. I answered, said something I thought to be funny, and he hung up. Typical Imus reply. If he didn't like your voice, or subject, he'd just hang up.
