Yep, it sure is. At one time I had a small Standard Gauge floor layout, I ordered that building for the layout. Been thinking about setting up the Standard Guage Milwaukee around the Christmas Tree this year. Might be a good project for tomorrow between the football games.

Bill, I've seen these around and they don't seem to command a premium. Mine was $100 LNIB. However, Al at Side Track seems to think differently. Check out the link.

I would be surprised if it sold anywhere near that price. Description states it is a Pilot Sample whatever that is.
