Hi just got started with HO train set.I have added more tracks but the locomotive will not run unit I remove some section of track than it will run.Do i need a bigger power pack?

Are they tracks of the same make/type? Tell us as much as possible about the setup, including the locomotive, power pack used, and whether or not the tracks are clean.

Did he get some used track?
Maybe he has plastic rail joiners on some of the track sections?

locomotive is union pacific 2007.transformer life like input 120v ac50/60hz 0.108a.track is a power loc.no I have not clean the tracks.sorry i am new to this hobby.when i disconnected part of track the locomtive run at normal when i connected just stop.

sounds like that section is shorting out. but then you'd probably would see your power-pack toasting and smoking

I think a section has a short. The power pack would not be the problem, though I would suggest getting another one with a 5.0 amp output. And not LifeLike. Toss it or use it for lighting, not the layout. MRC makes a nice lower priced unit that is pretty good quality.

I would find the offending section, take a good look at it, and toss it if it can't be fixed.
