keep it for parts. once again, the shipping charges make this kind of exchange quite silly.
i have couple cabooses that i don't need (C&O i think) and can send it you if you cover the 4.95 $.
but instead you can once again look at bay and get like 5 of them for 10$ ...

maybe a long shot if you want i have a nice athearn rtr CSX "lifesaver" caboose new in box i would like to sell. let me know
