I am looking to sell my old Tyco train set (HO scale brown box) that I haven't set up in a long time. This is a set from my childhood so it was played with. Most items are in good condition, but there are some small things that are broken (detailed below).

I know this small set probably is not worth all that much. I wanted to post it here so all of you collectors could have first shot at it. If no one is interested after a week or so, I think I will just put it up on Ebay and see what I get for it. Please make me an offer here or email me at [email protected]

Pictures of the set:

Let me know if you have any questions or need more detailed pictures.

Thanks
Tom

Known defects:
Green Locomotive has all but one of the side plates broken off of the wheel trucks. Crane has one dial that works for raising / lowering the magnet, but the dial for raising / lowering the boom is broken. Looks like some model glue used on the ladder of the orange caboose. Crane platform has one of the clips broken off of the green frame where it clips into the white frame. This may not be the full list, just what I saw as I was going through them.

SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Asking for offers. I honestly don't know what the value is, I'm really not that into train sets. I've seen full sets in box priced at $50 during my brief research. This isn't in the original box, but it has two locomotives. I think the crane with magnet and car with magnetic steel beams was an add on so its more than one basic set. Is it worth $50? Little more, little less? I wouldn't mind a few rough quotes on what it might be worth too, but generally I'm just hoping to get a reasonable offer for it.
