Is anyone using XtrakCAD to design a layout?
If so do you recommend it?
Is there an easy intro to it?

tried it. seems like robust solution although with heavier learning curve. tried it but it wasn't very inviting - i coulnd't just puck around and figure it out sufficiently to draw in couple minutes. but its free

i'm using (and considering purchasing) anyrail soft ware. much more intuitive IMO. and the most important thing in software - it has pretty UI and neatly laid out in genreral.
