I accidentally ran across some video of what appears to be Lionels overseas test track in Korea?

Not exactly Trainworlds Live walk through the MTH factory with Mike Wolf but a bit interesting. Someone can be seen boxing up locos in the last video.

Interestingly they're using Lionel tubular as their test track.

Can anyone correlate Lionel's quality woes between China and South Korea manufacturing?

I haven't seen this before. Obviously a factory test track but how old is the gear that they are using? Apart from the tubular track, including switches, at about 50 secs into the second video an old CAB1 appears as the control remote. :dunno: Pardon me, in the third video there's a Legacy base.

There's a 3rd Rail video from about 5 years back that shows a similar test track in China but not the same antiquated electrical stuff.

Lionel products from Korea have usually been better than the Chinese product, IMHO.

Interesting video, not much effort in the building of the grades. The 2x12 at one end seemed a little close to the track. Would be interesting to see if a Big Boy would snag it.
