Just arrived in:
1.)does it have directional lighting?
2.)how is the shell removed?
3.)does it operate OK in dc lash ups? MRP~$85.00

Yes , directional lighting. To remove the shell, Remove the couplers, remove the fuel tank, and then the two screws that hold the shell on to the chassis. Shell comes off fairly easily.

Correction to my earlier post, as the instructions was for the Walthers mainline gp9...that being said I have a Walters gp15 shell, and it has mounting lugs at the front and back(2 screws in the front, 2 in the rear). I’ll post a photo later, and hopefully this shell is like the one you have..cheers

I have another trainline gp15-1 the shell can be pried off
sort of like the early Athern's
