Hey Yall-
I just ordered 4 Tortoise switching machines from Jim's Model Trains and was wondering what I need to get these bad boys installed. I assume some 20 gauge wire, preferably in two colors to keep power stuff straight. I have seen some connectors for the Tortoise's http://www.jimsmodeltrains.com/-strse-510/8-dsh-Pin-Edge-Connector-for/Detail.bok
Do people find that something that is needed or?

Also what do people use to activate the switches? Just trying to get all this sorted out before the switching machines get here. I am also running it on DC instead of DCC if that makes a difference in the set up.

Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
